Warranty & Returns Information


Each item on our website is marked with the warranty it comes with. Due to the wide range of items that we offer on our website each product varies from offering no warranty to 3 year limited warranty.Items on warranties can be taken to the nearest service center of the brand during the warranty period. If you are unable to locate the closest service center you can contact us on [email protected] for assistance to guide you to the nearest warranty center.


Due to the large variety of products in our store we offer item wise return policies. Each item is marked with one of the following return policies :
Not Returnable: Items with not Returnable tag are not returnable to us. Meaning once the item has been shipped/made active to you, you will not be able to return the item or claim any refund/replacement for it.
Return unopened: Items that can be returned as long as the original packaging has not been opened. 
Return unused : Items that can be returned within 7 days as long as item does not have any signs of usage i.e. scratches, removed labels/stickers, etc… These items are required to be returned with the original packaging and all books and manuals.
Return only if Defective: Items that can be returned if they have any manufacturer defect. These items are required to be returned with the original packaging and all books and manuals.

Each of the above also contains number of days they can be returned in from the date you receive it.  If more then the mentioned days have passed since you received your order , we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To return an item click the return request button under the My Account menu  and fill the form. If your items are in Dar-es-salaam – We will contact you to arrange pickup of items. If you are outside Dar-es-salaam we will provide you name and address to send the items back to us (Please note: people outside Dar-es-salaam, will have to bear the shipping costs for sending the item back to us) Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return, refund or replacement.  To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
